How to register

Registering with Netpractice is simple and you can be up and running within 24 hours.

Enter your practice details on the registration form.
Once our system has authenticated your details (usually within 24 hours), we create your account and send you a temporary username and password. You can change the login credentials or continue using the temporary credentials the first time you login.
Browse the system and discover how simple it is to navigate and use.
For an initial training session over phone or in person, simply book it with the Netpractice office. We are always available to answer your questions.

Patient Visits & Payments

  • Login to your account to enter patient and visit details.
  • Once the visit details are saved, the system sends your visit claim to the Medical Aid. All this happens in real-time, so you also get a response immediately.
  • Payments will be made directly to you by Medical Aid
